1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clienteka (the "Service"), operated by PLWebsites ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PLWebsites.

2. Service Description

Clienteka is a cloud-based platform for managing service businesses. The Service includes:

• Appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Client relationship management (CRM)
• Invoicing and payment tracking
• Employee scheduling and management
• Product and inventory management
• Business analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

4. Plans and Pricing

Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to Clienteka features at no cost. Free plan limits (currently: 10 appointments per month, 10 clients, 50 photos, 1 business) may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan provides full access to all features for a monthly subscription fee. Pro plan pricing includes a base fee plus a per-employee fee for each active employee added to your account.

5. Payment Terms

• Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period

6. User Responsibilities

When using Clienteka, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Not use the Service to store or transmit malicious content
• Maintain appropriate backups of your critical business data
• Comply with data protection regulations (GDPR) when processing your clients' personal data through the Service — you are the data controller for your client data

7. Intellectual Property

The Clienteka platform, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PLWebsites. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Clienteka (client records, appointment data, invoices, uploaded files). We claim no ownership over your business data.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Clienteka is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Clienteka is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLWebsites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under German or EU law.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and data retention requirements

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Clienteka after the updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
